1. About Tax

Aimson does not add any sales taxes or hidden charges to orders. You just pay the total price in your order.

However, most countries will have some sort of import tax which the buyer pays when receiving goods. This is not a payment to Aimson - it's usually duties or customs charges from your own government.

2. Who pays for import taxes?

As we know, the customs in some countries will charge some import taxes, for different countries have different regulations, so we cannot offer you formal advice about taxes or the amount you may have to pay when importing our goods into your own country.

The actual paperwork and initial payment of charges for customs clearance is handled by the courier, and the recipient of the goods is later charged the total fee when signing for the packages.

Usually these taxes and charges are not very much, but in some countries they could be higher. You'll need to contact your country's customs office or your chosen courier if you would like details of the likely charges in advance

3. About Your Information:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Priority Electronics website .The types of personal information collected on these pages (name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information) is not shared or given to outside parties with the exception of the necessary components in completing your order. Your credit card information will never be shared or used in any other manner than what is authorized by you, our customer. Email addresses are used for the sole purpose of communication between yourself and our company representatives

4.How I make an order ?

You should register a free account first, You need an account before you can make an order, then proceed to shopping at Aimson, you just need to add the item to your shopping cart then proceed to checkout, select payment method and shipping method .Then the order was made. 

5. After I placed an order, how much should l pay?

Please note that all our products must pay in full, in advance. Only after we received your payment, will we start to process your order.

When you complete the order, you will get three prices, which are product price, freight and total price.

Total price = product price + freight.

Please complete the payment according to the total price.

If you complete the payment by T/T, Western Union or Money Gram, your payment will include total price and bank transfer fees.

But if you complete the payment by Paypal, you just need to pay total price,   

As we know, the bank transfer charges are different in different banks of different countries. We are not responsible for any transfer fees from T/T, Money Gram or Western Union.

So, we suggest you complete the payment by Paypal. You don't need to pay any fees to Paypal

6.How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. Please contact aimson801@gmail.com with your request or chat online(MSN:aimson3@hotmail.com). If your order has already been released to our warehouse for processing, we regret that we cannot accept the cancellation

7. When will the goods be delivered?

The goods will be shipped 3 to 4 business days after the payment has cleared. It will take another 3 - 8 business days for actual delivery to occur.

A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your Airway bill number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.

8. What should I do, if I can not receive my package for a long time?

If you can't receive the package for a long time (more than 30 days), please inquire your mail in your local express company by your tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately. We will contact the express company for the information for your parcel.

We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused on the misplay of order handle by customer (such as the incomplete information, the order by delete).

We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. These reasons include but not limit to: Natural disaster; war; Air disaster or Embargo ect force majeure; Inherent flaw of shipment; caused by feasance and nonfeasance by consignee, the third man, custom or outer government department

9.What can I do if a product I bought from Aimson is defective?

Before returning goods, please don't open the cover of the product and contact us immediately. Then we can discuss the issues you are encountering. Of over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without your having to send anything back.

If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement during the period of 12- month-warranty. But please send the video or pictures with the "PSJ" paster to prove the product is from us first.

If you did not buy your product directly from Aimson, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It is still possible for you to send a faulty product directly to Aimson and get it repaired. But firstly it is necessary to discuss with the person who was responsible for the original order with Aimson.

10. I Want to Do Some Purchase, Do You Have A Guarantee or Warranty?

Yes, we have.

You can feel confident to order from Aimson

We have a special QA team checking all orders before dispatch to our customers, besides this there is an additional quality control in the factory.

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

1) 45 Days Money Back.

Means, in 45 days, you can replace or return the product to us. But please make sure the product perfect and don't affect to sell again. And the freight send back will be afforded by your side.

2) 3 Months Fix Free Service

It means, in the first three months you buy, if there are some quality problems with the products, you can send them back, we offer free fixed service. If the damage is caused by person and need to change accessories, the charge is afforded by customer.

3) 12 months Warranty.

In 12 months you buy, if there is some problem with the products. We offer free fixed service.  If some accessories need to change, and it is over 3 months, you will afford the charges to change accessories necessary.

This means if something develops a fault you can post it back to us in China and we will help you to get a new item. To test the suitability of our products for your market, please order samples online at http://www.aimson.com. Since we have no minimum order quantity you can buy single item to test.

11.What's Returns Policy in Aimson?

All products from Aimson are covered by a 12-month warranty for return and repair/replacement. The buyer is responsible for the cost of posting the item back to China, the freight of sending the product back is covered by Aimson.

If the products are returned to Aimson and they are not faulty ones. We will not replace it and we will not afford the freight and other charges returning back to you. All products are inspected very carefully into good condition by Aimson before they are dispatched.

12.What if I receive wrong items?

If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible. The buyer must inform us within the first 7 days of delivery. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.
